Inhouse roles can offer you an increased level of responsibility from earlier on in your career- acting as point of contact between internal teams, closer contact with R&D and external legal counsel, and being looked to for developing fool proof business and commercial strategies.

Ideally you will be newly qualified with a background in materials, engineering, physics or similar. An interest in battery technology would be highly advantageous, and some experience in trademarks/design would be beneficial but not essential.
