With an enviable international reputation and great clients around the globe, Keltie is seeking a qualified trade mark attorney to join its close-knit team and bolster its busy trade mark practice. The Role

Being newly to 2-year CITMA (or equivalent EU) qualified, you will be able to work with minimal supervision across the full range of trade mark issues. These will include clearance searching, trade mark filings, assignments, portfolio management, oppositions, infringement issues, internet enforcement and other contentious matters. Experience with design matters would be beneficial but is not essential.

We will encourage you to contribute to business development and will give you ample opportunities and support to do so. You will be a fluent communicator with an entrepreneurial attitude, a commercial approach and an ambition to develop your client base.

You will enjoy close direct client relationships with SMEs and multinational companies, advising on their trade mark strategies from day one.

This position is a full time role.
