EIP Life, the Biotechnology division of EIP, is a growing practice group headed by a partner with a unique combination of IP and Legal qualifications. We have a need to recruit a highly-skilled trainee patent attorney with experience in Biotechnology and/or related life science topics to start either immediately or in Autumn 2019. Typically, candidates will have completed an relevant undergraduate degree and possibly either a MSc or PhD in addition.
Those trainee attorneys who have been most successful at EIP have been able to demonstrate:
- Appropriate professional attitude (e.g. personable, prepared, flexible and enthusiastic)
- Excellent academic background
- Strong analytical skills; Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to demonstrate initiative and the ability to act independently
