Graduate Recruitment at Venner Shipley

Attracting the brightest and best graduates is fundamental to our success.  Our focus is on ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service possible and that the advice they are given is pragmatic and commercial and works for them and their businesses.

To do this we must first of all recruit the right people.  We’re looking for people who are at the top of their game academically, but who are also able to bring a broader view to the workplace.  Original thinkers with the ability to work within a team will flourish at Venner Shipley.

In return, we will offer you a supportive environment where you will receive the training and the encouragement required to develop your career.  We believe that the culture of our firm is, overall, one of learning; everyone from trainees to partners is encouraged and expected to continue learning throughout their careers.  Our collegiate and open approach coupled with the personalities that we employ fosters this progressive culture.
