The trade mark group is currently seeking an experienced paralegal/administrative assistance to join the team. The purpose of the role is to provide additional support to the existing group of fee earners and Partners, whose client list is growing rapidly.
As a Trade mark paralegal/administrative assistant you will work with the trade mark team to manage and finalise trade mark correspondence to meet filing requirements, track and manage trade mark deadlines using our trade mark docketing software, prepare and run necessary trade mark reports, assist gathering information for filing with global trade marks offices and more. You will also collaborate with the team to cover general administrative duties, including managing accounting needs and drafting correspondence.
