Tier 1 IP powerhouse seek an IP Administrator to join their Patent and Trade Mark team ideally based in London, although there may be flexibility on office location for the right candidate.

This is a brand-new role within the structure of the team straddling both the Patent and Trade Mark groups of this impressive IP function.

Recruiting due to growth, this progressive practice is introducing a new opportunity that will best suit an IP Administrator with previous Patent and/or Trade Mark support experience.

You will work hard supporting Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys and Solicitors, updating IP databases, monitoring correspondence from global IP offices and managing deadlines relating to new applications. You will regularly liaise with Attorneys and Solicitors at all levels as well as external stakeholders therefore expert communication skills are a must have.

You will prepare and file documents, manage and open new files, whilst constantly remaining up to date with developments across the IP group.

As an IP Administrator within this firm you can expect to work within a friendly team of IP experts who will support you developing your skills as you progress through your IP career.
