The role that we are replacing is working for a variety of clients, some  direct overseas, some agency and some domestic clients. There is a lot of work in the software and electronics field. Ideally the candidate will have experience with software patents and, preferably be an electronics engineer but we can accommodate physicists and others.

One client has several EPO appeals (exam division) running at present. The rest of the work is prosecution although there is scope to vary the role to include the candidate in a team which does a lot of drafting and overseas filing.
