We have a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join us as a Trainee Patent Attorney. Our Tech team comprises of over 60 individuals and we advise some very high-profile clients across all fields of technology. Whether you are a new graduate or are looking for an exciting career change, we are looking for candidates with a solid scientific background, a strong academic record and a graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, or a closely related discipline. We are recruiting for places on our graduate scheme, where we will support and mentor you in your journey to becoming a fully qualified patent attorney and beyond.

More specifically, we are looking for candidates with the following backgrounds:

• Computer Science – ideally with some experience in AI.
• Electrical/Electronic Engineering – ideally with some experience of computing/software.
• Physics – ideally, you would have some knowledge of computing/software, though this is not essential.

Applicants must have a minimum 2:1 in their degree discipline, although candidates with a postgraduate degree and a 2:2 in their undergraduate degree will also be considered.
