Responsibilities

The role involves assisting the partners and senior fee earners with all aspects of trade mark clearance, prosecution, maintenance, portfolio management and enforcement activities. You will also assist in handling design, domain name and copyright matters. Involvement in marketing initiatives and supervised client contact will be offered from day one.

The ideal candidate will have a good honours degree, excellent written and oral communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail and a desire to flourish and succeed within a busy team. Fluency in other languages such as French, Italian and/or German would be a distinct advantage.

Salary: Competitive market salary.
