We are working with a global law firm in their search for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal.

This new and permanent role will undertake end-to-end trade mark and design filing, prosecution, and registry formalities tasks working directly with the attorneys and partners, and work alongside a wider network of support staff to ensure the fee earners receive a first class support service.

You will also liaise with clients and foreign agents, file forms for new trade mark and design applications, oppositions, assignments, and other recordals, assist with the tracking of IPO and foreign associate correspondence, prepare schedules, onboarding, due date management and much more.

The ideal candidate will have the CITMA qualification twinned with 4-5 years industry experience, and hold a library of domestic and international trade mark procedural knowledge.
