We would like to hire a qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney to work in and further develop our trade mark practice. We are looking for candidates who are fully qualified, with excellent communication and legal skills, and who have a detailed and practical understanding of the way in which trade marks fit into a business context. The role will involve taking over management of existing portfolios, working with new clients and developing the firm’s trade mark practice. Long-term prospects are excellent as we seek to develop a larger trade mark department. Our preference is for this role to be delivered from our Edinburgh office, once office working resumes, although we are very well set up for remote and flexible working, which we had embraced even before the current pandemic, and so it would be sufficient to be able to attend client meetings in Edinburgh when required. We would also consider Liverpool as a base. We would consider a flexible working arrangement, including a reduced working day, for the right candidate.
