The Lead Trade Mark Attorney will be instrumental in building and guiding a dedicated Trade Mark team, leveraging their profound knowledge and experience in the field. This role not only demands a comprehensive understanding of trade mark law but also a visionary approach to team leadership and client management. Some sort of following is required,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Establish, grow, and lead a new Trade Mark team, setting strategic direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality service.
  • Client Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with existing clients while strategically expanding the client base. A following would be advantageous, though there is a robust workflow available from the outset.
  • Legal Expertise: Provide expert advice on all aspects of trade mark law, including but not limited to, prosecution, opposition, enforcement, and strategic IP portfolio management.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with senior management on business development efforts to bolster the firm’s market presence and trade mark practice growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Trade Mark Attorney with a proven track record of excellence in the field.
  • Experience in Leading Teams: Demonstrated experience in building and managing teams, with a keen ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural aptitude for developing client relationships. A client following would be highly regarded, although not mandatory.
