We are seeking a fully qualified Patent Attorney to join our Chemicals and Life Sciences team working on biotech matters.

The successful candidate will ideally have 1 – 3 years post qualification experience although more experienced candidates would also be of interest.  The role requires experience of handling biotech subject matter and a good understanding of the challenges arising in the field in terms of the technical subject matter, the prosecution of applications and the commercial environment in which clients are operating.

A degree in a biotech related subject is essential (ie biological sciences, biochemistry etc).

A big part of the role will be working with the rest of the team in the further development and expansion of the business and in particular of our biotech practice.
