This In-House IP Solicitor role is a brand new, exciting and rare position offering a genuinely varied and interesting caseload of work, supporting Senior Legal Counsels but taking a lead in drafting reviewing and interpreting contracts with a specific IP focus. It’s an exciting and expansive time and the group now wishes to recruit a UK qualified Intellectual Property Solicitor to join the UK and European Legal team, and the European Intellectual Property team.

The role is likely to a suit a lawyer with experience drafting and negotiating agreements in the field of IP for at least 4 years and someone who has in-depth knowledge UK and EU patent, trademark, design and copyright laws. You’ll also have a demonstrable interest in science and technology and have the ability to grasp important scientific concepts.

There are some extraordinary and cutting-edge projects on offer and this person will prove an integral link between the commercial, legal and IP teams, offering fantastic exposure to key stakeholders.
