We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Brand Protection Client Manager with extensive Trade Mark Paralegal experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
A wide ranging and fast-paced role, your primary function will be delivering outstanding service to our brand protection clients and helping to build and shape a support team in this growing area of our business. Alongside this, you will support our existing trade mark support team, filing new Trade Mark applications worldwide, preparing legal documents, monitoring and managing deadlines and liaising with professional staff, other legal firms and clients from around the world.
Day to day duties will also include:
- Enforcement of clients’ IP rights
- Preparing brand snapshot reports
- Supporting a team of brand protection analysts
- Filing new Trade Mark applications worldwide
- Preparation of legal documents
- Preparing recordals and other ad-hoc tasks in support of our Trade Mark Attorneys
- Maintaining records on our matter management database
- Performing quality control checks
- Contributing to an inclusive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
A professional manner and the ability to complete work to exacting standards and within tight deadlines is crucial. Existing experience / knowledge of Trade Mark legislation, particularly filing requirements, is advantageous.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- A minimum of six-months experience in a Brand Protection role
- Knowledge of enforcement protocols
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, personable approach
- A team player who is also conscientious, motivated and flexible, adapting as the need arises
- Strong IT skills with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Receptive and open to learning new skills and acquiring an understanding of the industry
- Process driven, organised individual who excels at meeting deadlines when working within a busy team environment
- Ability to work well under pressure.
