We are looking for a high calibre, Trade Mark focussed attorney to join our Trade Mark Group. The candidate should be a registered practitioner at the EU Intellectual Property Office or in the process of applying for such qualification.

Our dynamic Stockholm office has grown quickly to involve a team of 10 which, in normal times, is joined by many regular visitors from our offices in the UK and Denmark. The Trade Mark Group is highly experienced in all aspects of trade mark law and represents a broad range of global clients ranging from major ‘blue chip’ multi-nationals to SMEs and individuals/sole traders, across many industries. Particular areas of experience include luxury brands, fashion, automotive, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, household goods, food & drink, medical products, sports, media, entertainment, insurance and other service sectors.

Reliable and Responsive

This is a key appointment for the firm. You will be responsible for a full range of trade mark attorney work and be expected to manage and develop a varied client portfolio. Our Stockholm office is busy handling trade mark matters for both Swedish and international clients. The work involves handling of EUIPO filings and oppositions as well as managing international trade mark portfolios in close cooperation with clients and foreign agents. You will play a leading role in delivering this service. You will be proactive with clients, have an attention to detail and exercise a great deal of responsibility and autonomy. You will also be team orientated with strong communication and interpersonal skills, eager to join a supportive team that shares knowledge in an open culture where the quality of your work will be highly valued. The Trade Mark Group works closely with the firm’s Litigation and Licensing team, in addition to working with the firm’s Patent Attorneys.

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious, talented and accomplished Trade Mark practitioner. With a flair for business development, you will be commercially astute and confident in your ability to provide first-class advice. Demonstrable experience of contentious work or of providing online brand protection services are considered added qualities for this position.
