Overseas Graduate/Part Qualified Opportunity for Engineers, Munich

Top tier patent and trade mark practice Dehns is growing their already strong presence in Munich by hiring at least one engineering graduate to train and qualify as a patent attorney. There is also the opportunity for those who have started out in their career, perhaps those at part qualified level with a small amount of experience already training in the role. The firm has built a fantastic reputation across their multiple offices here in the UK, as well as having a well-established base in Munich for many years.

You will be very looked after, working closely with the team based in Munich and gaining experience in the full range of patent attorney duties. These will include IP identification; drafting and prosecution; advising both domestic and international clients; oppositions; and ongoing strategic portfolio management. You will also liaise regularly with the UK offices and outside counsel on handling your clients’ caseload worldwide.
