The role

Our Patent Attorney Associate role working in our Engineering, Electronics and Physics Bristol team has come about due to sustained growth based on our team’s reputation and expertise. As an Attorney you will work closely with a number of Partners, fellow Senior Associates and Associates as well as Trainees and IPSS specialists. You will have access to a large and diverse client base, and we offer the full range of work and clients to which a patent attorney can be exposed with particular focus on drafting along with prosecution, opposition work, freedom to operate and opinion work.

About you

An enquiring, solution-orientated mind and a high quality focus are a few traits we look for. You’ll have at least two years’ PQE with an electronics, physics or natural sciences background Along with the required knowledge and technical expertise you will possess the ability and experience to work well independently. Being personable, approachable with a willingness to learn will also help! Ideally you’ll also have had some solid client-facing experience.
