The role

Based out of Bristol, our Legal department has a strong reputation for its specialist IP services. In this area we are experiencing unprecedented growth particularly around IP litigation and dispute resolution, working with a wide range of clients from biotechnology start-ups to global retail giants.

As well as assisting in IP dispute resolution, you will provide strategic client advice on the commercialisation of IP rights, including drafting, negotiating and advising a wide range of IP contracts and assisting on IP related elements of corporate transactions.

About you

You’ll be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with solid academic credentials and a keen interest in developing your IP expertise and a collaborative approach to working. You’ll have completed at least one IP seat and one dispute resolution seat in your training contract and have at least 2 years post qualification IP experience, ideally including IP dispute matters.

You’ll be personable, approachable, quick to learn and delight in the range of work that comes your way. A scientific background is advantageous and ideally you’ll be based in the South West of England.
