With an enviable international reputation and great clients around the globe, Keltie is seeking a qualified trade mark attorney to join its close-knit team and bolster its busy trade mark practice. The Role

Being CITMA (or equivalent EU) qualified, you will be able to work independently across the full range of trade mark issues. These will include clearance searching, trade mark filings, assignments, licensing, portfolio management, oppositions, infringement, internet enforcement and other contentious matters. Experience with design matters would be beneficial but is not essential.
We will encourage you to contribute to business development and will give you ample opportunities and support to do so. You will be a fluent communicator with an entrepreneurial attitude, a commercial approach and an ambition to develop your client base.
You will enjoy close direct client relationships with SMEs and multinational companies, advising on their trade mark strategies from day one.
Most of our trade mark team are based in our London office but we are open to flexible working arrangements, including you being based in our other offices in Cambridge, the Cotswolds, Dublin or Galway.
