We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working CIPA Qualified Patent Administrator to join our dynamic Patent Services team. This role is not sponsored and proof of right to work on-going in the UK is required.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working CIPA Qualified Patent Administrator looking to take the next step in their Patent career progression to join our dynamic Patent Services team.

The role is varied and covers general patent formalities from filing to grant. Duties will include: creating and checking new cases electronically, creating and checking Patent forms, monitoring and updating cases, processing daily critical reminders, documenting and checking incoming post and various other tasks on an ad hoc basis.

Person Specification:

Candidates should have at least 2 years experience of working in a busy patent formalities department and will have passed the CIPA course. Knowledge of working with Inprotech would be an advantage as would experience of checking other team members work. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a varied role with an energetic and friendly team, as well as being competent at working autonomously.
