We are working with a highly sought after IP law firm in their search for a Trade Mark Administrator. The role will support attorneys with a varied range of trade mark administration duties from filing through to registration.
Your duties will include:
- Filing new trade mark applications directly at IPOs
- Instructing foreign agents
- Creating case on Inprotech
- Processing and docketing incoming communications
- Maintaining Inprotech
- Reporting to clients
- Managing a busy diary and critical reminder list
- Providing paralegals with support and undertaking additional elements of paralegal work
The ideal candidate will have around 1 years’ experience working in a trade mark-focused role and be able to demonstrate a good attention to details, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
