We are working with a trailblazing trade mark specialist in their search for a Senior Trade Mark Paralegal.

The role will support a Senior Associate and Partner with end-to-end Trade Mark Administration and Paralegal work and you will have direct client contact.

• Filing trade mark applications and renewal applications
• Instructing foreign agents in relation to applications, renewals, general prosecution
• Dealing with assignments/change of name and/or address
• Drafting specifications
• Dealing with minor office actions
• Invoicing and cost estimates
• Drafting watch reports
• Preparing TM schedules
• Updating databases
• Managing own deadlines on the prosecution side under fee earner supervision
• Ordering certified copies of documents
• Dealing with POAs and Declaration of Use forms

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years industry experience in a client-facing role and hold the CITMA Paralegal Qualification.
