Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of trademark matters, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies.
- Conduct trademark searches and analyses to assess availability and potential risks.
- Draft and negotiate trademark-related agreements, including license agreements and coexistence agreements.
- Represent clients in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before trademark offices.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong academic credentials with a law degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience handling trademark matters across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
