About the Role: The successful candidate will support the busy litigation department, working on significant patent cases, including SEP/FRAND matters, and gaining hands-on experience across all stages of contentious IP matters while developing essential legal and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and evidence

Contributing to case preparation and strategy

Attending client, counsel, and expert meetings

Drafting inter-partes correspondence

Attending hearings and providing litigation support

Assisting with client care, case management, and business development
Requirements:

Up to four years PQE in IP litigation, ideally with patent litigation experience, including SEP/FRAND cases

Training at a recognised legal practice

Strong academic background, with a scientific degree advantageous but not essential

Ability to manage workstreams independently while collaborating effectively
