Responsibilities:  

• Providing guidance and counsel to clients
• Crafting, submitting, overseeing, and sustaining trademark and design applications and registrations
• Conducting trademark searches and delivering comprehensive reports on search outcomes
• Assisting with opposition proceedings and offering support in litigation matters
• Acquiring and upkeeping the essential expertise for high-level performance
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring professional billing practices
• Supplying additional technical support as needed

• Part Qualified or Newly Qualified Trade Mark Attorney
• Excellent Academics
• Strong communication and analytical skills
