Your firm keep telling you that you have to come back to the office. Everything is hybrid now, 3 days in, 2 days out and that’s more than reasonable right? But you don’t want that, you like working from home, from a beach, a ski slope or a park (if you can draft whilst skiing, we’re very impressed).
Well, fully remote working is actually very possible.
We’re recruiting for a qualified attorney with enough post-qualified experience to know what they’re doing. You will develop a relationship with a client base that produces a wide range of voluminous and interesting work. Much of this work is advice-led, the firm have a lot of direct clients and commercial decisions are developed on the basis of the opinions that attorneys provide.
And it’s truly remote working. But that doesn’t mean that you are working set hours from home as if you were in the office, it means that as long as what you contribute is what would be reasonably expected, when you do that work is largely not important.
