You will be responsible for the full range of trade mark protection work:

• All preliminary due diligence and searches
• Drafting and filing applications
• Trade mark prosecution
• The ongoing management of client portfolios, including any contentious issues (opposition, cancellation actions, infringement and anti-counterfeiting matters) that may arise
• Strategic and commercial advice

There will be the opportunity to get involved in areas of the business that interest you, for example business development, training and marketing. Ideally you will be a qualified UK trade mark attorney with a strong foundation of basic trade mark skills, as well as an enthusiasm for the more commercially focused elements of the role. This opportunity is based in London but remote/flexible working will be considered to a degree.
