Do you see yourself as a leader? Or someone with leadership potential? Do you like getting the most from your team? Solving problems with infrastructure and how to further develop the practice? Do you want to be well supported in your decision making with the budget to put your ideas into place? Do you want to be in a position to have the freedom to carry out your plans with the piece of mind and security of a significant existing workload that can be built upon? Do you want to be a Partner quickly with guarantees of progression in place (or potentially join as a Partner)?

Well then, great!! By sheer coincidence we’re recruiting for a position in Manchester who are able to accommodate all of these desires and ambitions. It was a good job you happened to be reading this.

The firm are well established in Manchester with an existing practice that is highly regarded and successful at winning new work. But they feel in order to expand further an additional experienced hire is essential. They really want someone who wants to get involved in firm management, from recruitment, training and development to determining strategies for growth. It will be a highly visible, strategically important position for the firm so the longer-term potential is really excellent.

From a technical standpoint, engineering and/or electronics expertise would be ideal but candidates with the necessary leadership skills and a chemistry or biotechnology may be considered. Unusually for positions at this level, a client following (whilst always nice to have) is not required, the firm have a sufficient workload to support the hire and give you a platform for future growth.
