What the firm is looking for is a qualified Patent Attorney, however they are accommodating on jurisdiction – be it the USA to the UK, Europe to South Africa. You will likely be currently working in private practice or in an industry role that is hands on and varied. In terms of experience level, around Associate/Senior Associate level would be perfect.

You will be a people person that is comfortable in social situations – the particular practice you will be working within is highly dynamic and requires the ability to operate across multiple and often very different clients. Your focus will be a mix of advisory work and prosecution for small and start-up businesses, so you will face a new range of unpredictable opportunities and challenges.
