We have an opportunity for an intelligent, ambitious part qualified patent attorney to join our thriving Engineering team in our Oxford office. A varied and interesting caseload working with established high-profile clients awaits the successful candidate. The Person

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years’ experience working in the profession.  We welcome applications from part qualified attorneys who have a strong academic background in Engineering (General, Mechanical) and as a minimum, successfully passed either the Foundation exams or PG Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, and confidently handle direct client drafting, prosecution and advice work.

Excellent people skills and commercial sense are also very important.
