We are seeking a 2 to 4 year (or close to that) post-qualified Trade Mark Attorney to join this busy team, in a Central London firm of specialist IP and Media solicitors. This role would suit an ambitious individual who is looking to develop their skills and experience in a dynamic, supportive, and fun environment. The successful candidate will enjoy drafting and doing high quality work with a range of clients, but with a particular focus on tech and consumer brands. The firm will invest time and work closely with the successful individual to help them develop, they want this person to be an active and involved part of the team and business.

This role is intended to be office based, with flexibility to work from home as needed depending on the needs of the business. The office is modern, spacious and has well equipped facilities (showers, secure bicycle parking, and a roof top bar to name a few). It is a friendly, forward looking firm, doing really interesting work!

Their main Clients are working in and around technology, digital, film & TV, and brands and people who create content. The firm has a busy trade mark portfolio and it is very active in filing UK applications and International filings through the Madrid Protocol. The portfolio is international, both in terms of overseas clients and registrations overseas. The portfolio has grown significantly following Brexit.

Additionally, the firm advises clients on the protection, exploitation and enforcement of other intellectual property rights, as well as media law and commercial contract drafting and other non-contentious work.

There is a range of work on offer including TM filing, contentious work, watch notices, pre-opposition work, cancellation actions etc. They also want the individual to be highly client facing and to be involved in the marketing of the firm.
