They a hiring for an individual that is looking to gain (or continue) the patent attorney qualification. This person will ideally have experience working with patents or in an IP setting, but are equally happy with someone who has no practical experience in IP.
A full employment contract is on offer – traineeship to becoming a qualified patent attorney (national qualifications first) then EQE finals. You will become gradually responsible for cases and clients in your technical field.
The ideal profile:
• PHD-level
• Technical background in the High Tech with preference for electro-mechanics, ICT, mechanics, electronics, telecommunication or related technical fields.
• Dutch speaking (native level) and very good knowledge of English, as drafting will be mainly in Dutch and English.
