World Intellectual Property Day is an annual event established by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2000.
World IP Day aims to ‘raise awareness of how patents, copyright, trademarks and designs impact on daily life’ and ‘celebrate creativity, and the contribution made by creators and innovators to the development of societies across the globe’.
This years theme is ‘Creativity: the next generation’ looking forward to the future and what it may hold for IP. Where are the next big ideas being generated from? Who are the next generation of revolutionary inventors and creative innovators?
