We are actively seeking a Qualified Patent Attorney (at Associate, Senior Associate or above level) from an Engineering discipline who is ready to take on and manage a significant case load. With a portfolio of work to inherit and grow, this position is ideal for someone looking for progression and the option to build and manage a team. Consisting predominantly of direct European client work, including patent drafting, prosecution and opposition work along with top level strategic client advice, there will be minimal agency prosecution work.
Whilst joining the team responsible for a major client working on wind turbines, we also offer variety to keep you interested, in aerospace, automotive and medical devices, as well as registered designs for household names. Our clients range from multi-national companies to start ups.
